Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 Return and refund policy

  • Unruly Hustle is not liable for missing/stolen packages marked delivered. If you believe your order was mis-delivered or confiscated, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
  • Please note: We're not currently set up for reshipment orders and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds once the claim is paid out.

  • If an incorrect item is shipped in your order, you must submit a return through our return portal immediately with a photo for proof and request a replacement via exchange option. Fees will be waived and a return label will be generated upon approval. Refunds can also be processed for incorrect items free of charge upon approval.
  • If an item is damaged/defect, we will replace the item for free upon review of your return request through our return portal. All fees and labels will be waived. We will kindly ask you to upcycle or donate the damaged/defect item.

RETURNS

  • All customers are allowed 2 returns per order

 

  • Certain products are designated as non-returnable and will be marked as final sale in their descriptions. If a product is categorized as final sale, returns or exchanges will not be permitted.

 

  • Return items must be unwashed, unworn and in pristine condition with all original tags attached
  • Every return request is subject to an inspection and approval.
  • If your return is denied, you will be notified via email and the package will be returned to sender.
  • If you are unable to choose a new color for an exchange, you must choose store credit as the return outcome and place a new order for the desired color.

DOMESTIC

7 day return window • Even exchanges for a new size/color where applicable are free as a courtesy and returns for store credit or refund will incur a $10 return fee deducted from your refund balance.

INTERNATIONAL

7 day return window • Returns are available for a return fee determined by a percentage of your label cost. Our maximum return fee limit is $50 USD. Exchanges are not eligible for overseas returns. If you would like to replace your item for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order with your store credit or returned funds.
